I attended the 2016 Airbus DiPaRT event, will I automatically receive an invitation?

As a previous attendee or presenter of DiPaRT 2016, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to register for the event and/or submit a presentation abstract. The symposium call for presentations will shortly be announced, with details emailed to all past delegates and presenters.

How do I register for the Airbus DiPaRT 2017 event?

Registration for the event will commence late summer 2017 and is via the DiPaRT portal which is held on the web site. Upon registration you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.

How do I submit a presentation abstract for the event?

To submit a proposed presentation abstract, a short description of up to 500 words and an accompanying title is required. The deadline for the receipt of submissions is Friday 6th October 2017 and must be uploaded through the DiPaRT event portal. The final Symposium Programme will be announced on Friday 20th October 2017.

How do I upload my presentation abstract?

The deadline for the receipt of submissions is 6th October 2017 and must be uploaded through the DiPaRT event portal. Upon completion of your submission, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. This can accessed via the CFMS website, through the DiPaRT call for presentations announcement or you can click here.

I have specific dietary requirements, can you accommodate these?

Yes, specific dietary requirements are catered for within the online event registration form. Please ensure these are communicated in advance of the event.

What accommodation choices are available for the event?

What are the options for travelling to CFMS at Bristol & Bath Science Park (BBSP)?

If you are travelling by car, CFMS is accessible from the M4 and M5. The directions and map  can be downloaded here. For Sat Nav, use BS16 7AJ.

By train, Bristol Parkway Station is about four miles from the Science Park and is served by trains from London Paddington, Reading, Swindon, Cardiff Central, Bristol Temple Meads & Birmingham New Street.

By Bus First, take the Bus Number 48 or 49 route. Alight at the Meadgate stop on Emerson Way in Emersons Green. The X18 is an express bus service linking Emersons Green to Aztec West via UWE, MOD, the North Fringe and Filton.

CFMS is accessible by Bristol Airport (45 minutes) and Heathrow Airport (95 minutes). Ensure you allow extra time if travelling during peak hours.

How do I book a taxi at CFMS/Bristol & Bath Science Park?

Is parking available on site at CFMS/Bristol & Bath Science Park?

Yes, free on site parking is available.

What time can I access Bristol & Bath Science Park and CFMS?

Bristol & Bath Science Park formally opens at 8am, along with the Forum facility and cafe. Access before 8am is only available to tenants. Access to CFMS during DiPaRT will coincide with the start and end times of the event.

Are meeting rooms available at CFMS during DiPaRT?

There are no meeting rooms available at CFMS for the event as they will be in use for the breakout sessions. Informal meeting areas can be accessed at Bristol and Bath Science Park.
