We’re excited to be hosting a unique event designed to showcase MOOSE (Multi-physics Object Oriented Simulation Environment) which empowers industry to go fast, do more and be bold in the design process. We’re bringing together a diverse group of experts from different domains to discuss challenges with simulation tools, design innovation and solving highly complex challenges.
Many advanced engineering processes, including additive manufacturing, nuclear power generation and aircraft design, require sophisticated simulation techniques in the product lifecycle to understand the complexities of the systems. However, most commercially available tools struggle to handle multi-physics and coupled simulations, and for those that can, the time and expense involved in running these is often prohibitive.
MOOSE, or Multi-physics Object Orientated Simulation Environment, is a framework which enables the execution of coupled multi-physics simulations at speed using high performance compute. CFMS has been pioneering the use of MOOSE to solve complex design challenges for years and has developed a suite of automation tools to enable designers to execute large design studies across complex design spaces efficiently.
This interactive conference will provide a deep dive into MOOSE’s capabilities for a wide range of engineering applications, ultimately creating a mutual understanding of this tool’s possibilities. To get the most from the day, we suggest that attendees have an awareness of other simulation tools and techniques and a curiosity to learn how MOOSE could accelerate their existing product or process life-cycle development. All industries are welcome to contribute diverse viewpoints to stimulate an interesting discussion.
The conference will have a selection of talks delivered by industry leaders, with a panel session and ample time for networking.
