Chief Strategy Officer
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors
Employment: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

About the role:

Through its continued growth and success, CFMS has created an executive level appointment and leadership role within the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will be responsible for developing an integrated strategic plan and strategy by collaborating with the leadership team. 

The successful candidate will work with the leadership team to enhance and drive the technical credibility and reputation of the company, being highly visible externally and playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development and planned growth.

Data Scientist
Department: Data Science
Reporting to: Head of Engineering
Employment: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time

About the role:

The Data Scientist’s role will be to support and develop the company’s Digital Engineering and Manufacturing initiatives, embedding data science and AI technologies into this activity to drive improvements in productivity and the concept of data-driven design. The incumbent will support the Domain Expert in the development, maintenance and continued operation of the Company’s AI capabilities, liaising with clients, prospective clients and suppliers.

Graduate Systems Engineer
Department: Model Based Engineering
Reporting to: Lead Technologist
Employment: Permanent
Hours: Full-time

About the role:

The Graduate Systems Engineer will have the knowledge, expertise and capability to model physical systems in the engineering lifecycle, including but not limited to: system function, system architecture, product modelling and test strategies. Additionally, an awareness of modelling and simulation methodologies, techniques and tools used throughout the engineering lifecycle is desired.

Business Development Executive
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Head of Business Development

About the role:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for working alongside the Business Development Manager (BDM) focussing on the identification, qualification and delivery of new business revenue targets. 

They will need to have a broad understanding of simulation-based design processes and associated enabling digital technologies and selling consultancy.
