CFMS, Cray and NVIDIA Autumn Deep Learning Workshop

The Centre for Modelling & Simulation (CFMS) is partnering with Cray and NVIDIA to offer a Deep Learning Workshop which will take place on the 20th November 2018 at CFMS. Targeted towards senior decision makers and technical staff, the event will combine insight and hands on training for organisations looking to solve challenging problems through the application of deep learning. For more detailed information about the training being delivered, click on the 'Agenda' tab above.

The day will commence with an Executive Breakfast Briefing (8.45am-11.00am) targeted towards executive level decision makers. The day will consist of presentations from Cray, NVIDIA, CFMS and other industry experts followed by hands-on technical workshops (11.00am - 17.00pm). Please note that delegates attending the workshop will be required to bring a laptop to access  and participate in the workshop modules.

There is a limited number of places available for the workshop and we would recommend that you register your interest at your earliest convenience.

This event is open to industry end user organisations, industry associations and academic organisations. To request to a place at the Autumn Deep Learning Workshop, complete the registration form below.

Attendee Set Up Requirements

To maximize your training time during your DLI training, please follow the instructions below prior to attending your first training session:

1. You must bring your own laptop in order to run the training.

2. A current browser is needed. For optimal performance, Chrome, Firefox or Safari for Macs are recommended. IE is operational but does not provide the best performance.
